As a member of these committees, you will work alongside professors and other faculty staff to identify new professors and lecturers for the faculty. Serving on a committee is a great opportunity to actively help shape the future of the faculty. You will have the opportunity to contribute your views on prospective professors and lecturers (and their teaching).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, we are seeking members for the following appointment committees:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appointment Committee for an extraordinary professorship in the field of <strong>bicycle traffic <\/strong>(2 primary representativesand additional alternate representatives)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointment Committee for an extraordinary professorship in the field of <strong>transportation policy <\/strong>(2 primary representativesand additional alternate representatives)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointments Committee for a lecturer position in the field of <strong>traffic flow science <\/strong>(1 primary representative and alternate representatives)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration for this <a href=\"https:\/\/bildungsportal.sachsen.de\/opal\/auth\/RepositoryEntry\/28222947333?5\">OPAL <\/a>course is open until 6:00 p.m. on May 4, 2026.
