Juni: Sommerfest<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Milit\u00e4rdrohnentests an unserer Fakult\u00e4t?!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was ist passiert?<br>Anfang des Jahres 2026 soll die israelische Firma \u201cElbit Systems\u201d einen Drittmittelantrag an die TU Dresden gestellt haben, um in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Lehrstuhl f\u00fcr Verbrennungsmotoren und Antriebstechnik unserer Fakult\u00e4t f\u00fcr 30.000\u20ac Tests an den Milit\u00e4rdrohnen Hermes 900 zu machen. Folgendes wird dort besprochen werden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vorstellung des FSRs und der Ansprechpersonen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tipps zum Studium, z.B. zu ECTS und Pr\u00fcfungen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diskussion zur Teilhabe internationaler Studierender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neue Praktikumsrichtlinie f\u00fcr MoVe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gute News f\u00fcr alle MoVeler, wir haben seit dem 20.04. eine Praktikumsrichtlinie!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In dieser Richtlinie werden die Formalia rund um unsere Praktika geregelt, die wir im Studium absolvieren m\u00fcssen bzw. k\u00f6nnen. Genauer gesagt wird planm\u00e4\u00dfig im sechsten Semester ein achtw\u00f6chiges Pflichtpraktikum (Modulnummer VW-MOVE-121) zu absolvieren sein. Listen, what we think about it<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Invitation to the Penta-Games on Tuesday 5th of May<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>International Get Together on the 08th of May<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New internship policy for MoVe<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And Save the Date for\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>03rd of June: Games evening<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>17th of June: Mister X<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>24th of June: Summer feast<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Research on military drones in our faculty?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What happened?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In early 2026, the Israeli company \u201cElbit Systems Ltd.\u201d reportedly submitted a grant application to TU Dresden to conduct tests on military drones in collaboration with our faculty\u2019s Chair of Combustion Engineering and Drive Technology led by Prof. Frank Atzler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to the military nature of the project, it is said to have been submitted to the Commission for Responsibility in Science (Kommission f\u00fcr Verantwortung in der Wissenschaft &#8211; KVW), which reportedly voted almost unanimously against it. Nevertheless, the rectorate is said to have pushed through the approval of the research project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the student council of our faculty, we find both military research and the actions of the rectorate and the faculty highly problematic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We therefore demand statements from the rectorate, the faculty leadership, and the Chair of Combustion Engineering and Drive Technology; binding decisions by the KVW; an ethics committee for our faculty; and a civil clause for our faculty and the university.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Penta Games<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University is stressful? Not on <strong>5th of March<\/strong>! Bring your friends with you to the <strong>Penta-Games<\/strong> at <strong>8 pm<\/strong> in Room <strong>POT\/081<\/strong>. You will solve challenging tasks together and compete with your fellow students and profs for a special prize.<br>Your FSR is keen on seeing you.<strong> It will be great<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>International Get Together on the 08th of May<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the 8th of May at 6 pm in POT 161 we will have the first international get together. The agenda will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>introduction of the student council and its representatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>advice about ECTS and exams<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>discussion about the involvment of internationals at our faculty<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>New Internship Policy MoVe<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Good news for all MoVe students: we have an internship policy in place since 20 April!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This policy sets the formal requirements for the internships we are required and capable to undertake during our studies. More specifically, an eight-week mandatory internship (module number VW-MOVE-121) is scheduled to be completed in the sixth semester. In addition, following the adoption of the guidelines, everyone now has the opportunity to undertake a further four-week internship in the compulsory elective modules (module number VW-MOVE-922) during their studies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The internship guidelines will soon be available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/tu-dresden.de\/bu\/verkehr\/studium\/praktikumsamt\">website of our Internship Office<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 Enfin la version fran\u00e7aise!<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salut les \u00e9tudiants en transport,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous vous demandez ce qui se passe \u00e0 notre facult\u00e9, en dehors de votre groupe? Le rectorat en cependant aurait impos\u00e9 la poursuite de la recherche malgr\u00e9 ce dernier vote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que repr\u00e9sentants d&#8217;\u00e9tudiants, nous ne soutenons pas la recherche militaire et nous percevons l&#8217;agir du rectorat comme probl\u00e9matique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&#8217;est pourquoi que nous avons demand\u00e9 au rectorat et \u00e0 la chaire concern\u00e9e de prendre position publiquement. Et nous souhaitons de respecter l&#8217;avis de la \u00ab Commission de responsabilit\u00e9 dans la science \u00bb. Plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment, un stage obligatoire de huit semaines (num\u00e9ro de module VW-MOVE-121) devra \u00eatre effectu\u00e9 au cours du sixi\u00e8me semestre.
