A discussion evening on the topic of „Next Stop: Dr. / PhD“ is to take place on 27.06.2023. The event will report on the career path of a doctorate at our faculty. The situations of three doctoral students currently working on their doctorates at the faculty will be presented in a realistic way. Language is English, questions in German are possible.
The event will consist of 15-minute presentations by the doctoral candidates on their research project and their general situation. In addition, there will be entertaining mini-games between the talks, which are intended to debunk or confirm myths surrounding a doctorate in a humorous way. Many memes are waiting for you!
Afterwards, there will be plenty of room for questions from the audience, which should lead to a lively discussion.
