First version of the schedules for the winter term published

The faculty has now published a first version of the timetables for the winter semester, which you can find here:

Please note that these schedules are a first version and may still contain some inconsistencies (e.g. exercise dates that lie parallel to compulsory lectures), so there may still be some changes. If you discover any errors, please feel free to contact us and we will pass on the problems and/or look for a solution.

Also, the Opal course overview will follow here as soon as most of the associated courses have been created in Opal.

Freshman Hut Weekend

You’ve just moved out from home? You just moved to Dresden for your master studies? Or you’re even on your semester abroad here at the faculty of transport sciences “Friedrich List” and you now want to get to know other peoples studying at the same faculty?

Then save the date. We from the student council will take you to Heeselicht (near Stolpen) to a self-catering hut from October 20th to 22nd and spend a nice and exciting weekend there.

We have planned some workshops for you, with whom we would like to give you some tips for your studies and the student’s life in Dresden. Nevertheless, for getting to know each other we will also have enough space.

Experienced students from the student’s council will come along with us, which would like to answer your questions coming up in the first lessons. They would also like to share some tips for your studies and the student’s life with you.

The fee is 35€, which includes two nights of accommodation, food, snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. You can either bring your own bedding (sleeping bag) or rent it on site for 5€.

From and to the hut we’ll get by public transport, please ensure on bringing your semesterticket.

Meetingpoint on Friday October 20th is at Dresden Hauptbahnhof (main station) in the Kuppelhalle (next to Burger King) at 17:45. On Sunday October 22nd you’ll be back in Dresden at 13:00.
