Applicable law
The FSR is a partial body of public law and thus a legal entity in its own right. However, it is subordinate to the Student Council of the TU Dresden. The regulations and resolutions of the Student Council therefore also apply to the student council. The tasks of the student council and thus also of the student representative bodies are derived from the “Sächsischen Hochschulfreiheitsgesetz”.
