0. Formalities

1. Committees
   • Reports from examination committees, study commissions, and the Stura
     • Among others: The Stura’s Mobility Department is looking for new members, especially for the renegotiation of the Mobibike contract and more events and actions in transport politics.
2. FA Game Night
   • For the next game night on 03/06, there will be snacks again; a funding application (FA) of €15 was approved for this purpose.
3. FA SumUp
   • The FSR wants to offer card payments in the future, which requires a device. SumUp is the only provider eligible for us due to the terms and conditions of various companies. A funding application of €100 was approved for the purchase of a device with a receipt printer.
4. Departments
   • Penta Games on Tuesday with 20 (!) teams — POT 81 was well filled, a very lovely event all around; the professorship of Dr. Ulrich Maschek won
   • Material rental: a table of all items available for loan from the FSR is now on the website → feel free to reach out to us for borrowing!
   • Summer festival: budget distribution: FSR Geo currently has limited funds, so the split is now 60/40 instead of 50/50, to be settled via a cooperation agreement
   • Paddleboat regatta: there will be a paddleboat regatta again this year, a suitable date is currently being sought
   • Student marketing: on 06/06 it’s University Open Day, we need many motivated helpers
   • Merchandise: clothing has been ordered, including helper shirts
   • VeTa (Transport Student Council Conference): study accreditation reviews programmes in feasibility of study; new students are being sought to participate
5. Report from Spokespersons and Finance
   • Costs for Penta Games: €85 for posters, mugs (prizes for winners), and snacks
   • New cash counting board purchased for €18
   • Dean’s meeting: regarding the resolution on military research: currently there is no policy at our faculty on this matter; a discussion is expected at the next faculty council meeting
   • SIB found earmarked funds somewhere; the Jantebau building will be partially renovated using these funds
   • Tomorrow: meeting on security-relevant research with the Senate, Stura, and faculty representatives
